About Project Monitoring
The Project Monitoring System is a comprehensive digital platform designed to streamline the planning, execution, and supervision of infrastructure and development projects. It enables real-time tracking of project progress, ensures transparency at every stage, and facilitates timely decision-making by all stakeholders.
From project initiation and mapping to work order issuance, quality control through lab testing, and final completion with physical and financial updates—every step is digitized and documented. Senior officers can monitor progress remotely, access detailed reports, and intervene promptly when delays or discrepancies are identified.
The system aims to enhance accountability, improve coordination among departments, and deliver projects within time and budget constraints by leveraging data-driven insights and automated workflows.
Process for Project Monitoring
Initiate the project by entering essential details and marking the project location on the map.
Update project information as needed based on changes in scope or requirements.
Issue work orders to contractors post-approval, aligned with the defined project timeline.
Prepare material samples and send them to the laboratory for quality assurance testing.
Upload lab reports to verify material compliance with prescribed standards.
Monitor project progress through periodic field updates, inspections, and reports.
Update the project with physical and financial progress, upload final data, and generate the final map or issue closure reports.
The final project is monitored and reviewed by senior officers at each stage of its lifecycle.
